FATIMA FAROOQ

Fatima Farooq is a dedicated and accomplished professional who helps manage the firm’s client and operational activities. Fatima joined the Snowwater team as an analyst through the 2024 Summer Analyst program. After 10 months, Fatima transitioned into being a full time Senior Analyst in February 2025. She will lead the analyst program and work across all aspects of Snowwater.

Fatima graduated from the Tobin School of Business, St. John’s University, in December 2024 with a BS in Business Analytics. She was recognized as a Provost Scholar, earning a full tuition scholarship.

Fatima has gained valuable experience in the financial industry through her 2-year role in Tax Technology at Goldman Sachs during her sophomore and junior year. During her time there, she became an integral member of the team championing several tax and automation projects. Prior to this, she served as an Intern Manager at Harvard Medical School, where she conducted data analysis to help neurologists understand how patients use crowdfunding sources for medical expenses.

In addition to her professional experience, Fatima was Secretary of the Medlife Chapter at St. John's. Medlife is a non-profit organization that partners with low-income communities in Latin America and Africa to improve their access to medicine, education, and community development projects.

During her last semester, Fatima had the enriching experience of studying abroad in a Western Europe Program, which broadened her perspective and enhanced her global understanding of business practices.

Fatima is passionate about music, baking, travel, and interior design. She resides on Long Island, NY.
